challenges the constitutionality of sodomy laws.

The Supreme Court upheld sodomy laws in 1986 when it said that there was
no constitutional right to sodomy.
The current case arises from an incident in which two men in Texas were
arrested and fined $200 for committing sodomy under Texas' Homosexual
Conduct Law.
